Stress Awareness Month takes place every April, so this month we’ve launched an internal Health & Wellbeing Campaign designed to raise awareness about the signs, effects and ways to manage stress both in the workplace and at home.
Through our partnership with the Retail Trust, we have provided our colleagues will helpful information and resources to help manage stress, and our Health & Safety Team have shared a Stress Management Toolbox Talk with all our sites, amongst other Initiatives.
Our people are what make us special. From saving lives and preventing crime to helping people in need and much more. Our Reward and Recognition scheme is our way of saying thank you to our Colleagues for the amazing work that they do each and every day, often going above and beyond in their role.
