Without doubt the main differentiator of our business compared to our competitors is the nature of how we look after and engage with our Colleagues and Partners. We’re incredibly proud of our ‘colleague centric’ identity and our ‘best in the industry’ staff continuity statistics (less than 10% staff turnover across the Group) bares testimony to the strong sense of inclusion and progression platforms that we continually provide for all of our colleagues.

Our innovative Reward and Recognition initiatives endorsed by our Partners coupled with our Colleague Development investment results in employee/employer/client engagement like no other, unsurpassed in our industry. Our Partners share our one team ethos and recognise that this key element adds a very different dimension to our day to day service delivery. ‘True’ partnering.

Our Board and senior management team and quite often our co Chairmen, together with our Partners present our quarterly ‘Outstanding achievers awards’ to our colleagues.  Recognising acts on an individual or team basis that go beyond their normal realm of expectancy and responsibility, this can quite literally include lifesaving feats. Our Annual Awards ceremony for our colleagues is growing in size and stature year on year. An array of Partners attend and the feedback we continually receive about the awards and the community feel we are creating is incredibly complimentary and wholly unique.

The Westgrove Magazine acknowledges our whole community with many features highlighting  our colleagues achievements also with a ‘Partner Focus’ element displaying case studies, the ‘people’ behind their roles and highly relevant updates to our wider ever expanding network.
