We’re delighted to welcome James Francis to The Westgrove Group as our new Director of Security!

James brings an exceptional depth of experience to the role, having spent a lengthy period with the Police force. His transition in recent years into the private sector saw him take on senior Security and Risk roles at universities, student accommodation, and most recently as Head of Security at a large high footfall destination venue.

In his new role, James will be instrumental in shaping and delivering Westgrove’s security strategy – supporting our partners and colleagues through evolving risk landscapes and the full implementation of the Martyn’s Law legislation. His leadership will be key to driving resilience, innovation, and excellence as we enter our next phase of growth.
