Our Reward and Recognition Scheme is more than a celebration, it’s a sincere thank you. It honours the courage, kindness, and professionalism that our teams demonstrate day in and day out. At our latest Quarterly Teams Presentation, our Executive Team—CEO Claire McKinley Smith, Managing Director Glenn Wilson, Operations Director Ryan Curry, HR Director Harriet Oldfield, and Head of ESG Mark Allison, had the privilege of recognising individuals and teams whose actions embody our values.
From lifesaving interventions and fire response to acts of generosity, vigilance, and environmental innovation, the stories shared were deeply moving.
