A Message to the Westgrove Community…
‘At Westgrove we understand that this is a worrying time for our colleagues. We are doing everything we can to ensure the safety and well being of our colleagues throughout the Westgrove business.
At this current time it is business as usual across all our sites and we are in close communication with all our partners on a daily basis. We are also monitoring cases of self isolation and vulnerable colleagues to ensure their safety is paramount.

Further guidance has been sent to all sites on how to manage the situation with measures including increasing the frequency of cleaning surfaces, especially high frequency touch points like door handles, lift buttons, hand rails to name just a few. There are also answers to some FAQ’s such as face to face meetings and Head Office communication.
We are proactively monitoring cases of self-isolation and have reviewed the minimum staffing levels across the business and we are checking regularly on high risk sites and our vulnerable colleagues.
