Our Head office in Warrington, Cheshire is a thriving office environment with an abundance of projects being undertaken at any one time. Our Head office team support all of the business’ activities and provide a key interface with all of our Colleagues and Partners on a daily basis.

This is a fast moving environment and as our business grows there will be a requirement to add complimentary resource to our highly valued current team.

We would be looking for expressions of interest from experienced enthusiastic General Office Admin candidates that possess exemplary communication skills with an ability to prioritise projects in sync with our day to day operational objectives. Our ‘Colleagues of Tomorrow’ should ideally be located within 30 minutes of our Head Office operation in Cheshire and we also welcome interest from candidates wishing to work on a part time dynamic around our requirements.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the Westgrove team!

We are currently looking for a Receptionist to join our team at a prestigious corporate office building in Manchester City Centre. The role will involve, reception duties, supporting the building manager, supervising the cleaning team.

You will be required to provide excellent customer service to tenants/guests/building management. Offer a bespoke concierge service and deal with any enquiries via telephone/face-to-face in a professional manner and the ability to build and maintain professional working relationships, with all key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have previous reception experience preferably within a corporate office complex environment or experience in building support management would be an advantage.

You must be of a smart appearance and have excellent communication skills both orally/written, be able to work under pressure and have working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages.

Benefits & Pay

Job Title:         Receptionist/Concierge

Rate of Pay:    £9.00 per hour

Hour of Work: 30 hours per week

Shift Pattern:   Monday – Friday

07.00 – 13.00 & 13.00 – 19.00

Job Share – will be required to work 12 hours to cover holidays
