That’s why we’ve established our own industry-leading Training Academy.
Devising industry-specific training programmes tailored to cleaning and security, the Academy hones managers’ skills from initial induction to Customer Service, Communications, Health & Safety and Operational Excellence.
In recruiting new managers we look primarily for interpersonal skills. The Academy then develops a full range of attributes to exceptional levels. And for technical training, we’ve included a purpose-built terrazzo floor and a comprehensive range of machinery.
The Westgrove Group is investing even more in its people too, expanding the Academy to create a centre of excellence unique in the industry to deliver fully-accredited vocational training both to our teams and others.
